Dylan is four months old today...

Fall in Houston

Sunny, 80 degrees, and no humidity... today was a perfect Chicago summer day. Dylan and I had fun playing outside today.

I don't know what this expression is but it made me laugh.

Dylan in the jumper

Dylan is finally tall enough for his jumper and he loves it. Here's a video of him in action the first time he played in it last week. He is still obsessed with that frog!

Yay, Dylan!

Well, Grandma was right. When my Grandma Burns saw Dylan playing last weekend, she said "I bet you he'll be rolling over within the week." And this morning for the first time Dylan made it from his back to his front all on his own. At first I thought maybe he felt more freedom to move since he was just in his diaper (I was trying to keep him occupied on the playmat for a minute before getting him dressed), but there was a repeat performance this afternoon too!
